Zinio Brand Book

Role: Concept and Brand Development, Creative Direction, Designer

Project: As the Art Director and Sr Visual Designer at Zinio, I developed a brand guide to drive the philosophy behind marketing the company to consumers and businesses alike, with a reimagined focus on the role of magazines in a digital era.

(As a note, the logo is not my design, but rather the only holdover from the previous branding exercise.)

The City Unfolded

Role: Art Direction, Designer

Project: Working with two organizations I volunteer at - First Exposures and 826 Valencia - I designed a series of posters to be hung in bus shelters across San Francisco. The writing and photography was entirely done by the students in the program, and my job was to find a design that best represented the stories the students wanted to tell with their words and photos. The bus shelters were up for between four and eight weeks, followed by a showing at SF Camerawork.
